A Mountain Top, LLC is a growing Drupal Consulting Agency in Denver, Colorado. We're looking for someone to join our growing team to assist with account and project management on our Drupal consulting projects.
We would like to fill this position as soon as possible.
A successful applicant will have experience managing people, creating schedules, delivering against the schedules and managing a group of technical resources to assist with that delivery.
Experience with Drupal is a must. Knowledge of what Drupal is, how to configure a basic Drupal site once it has been installed is fine.
On the job training will be provided, but you will be expected to operate on your own after the training period.
Sales leads will be provided, but you will be responsibile for bidding and completing projects.
We are based in Denver, Colorado. Applicant's are not required to be located in Denver, but being in Denver would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and run meetings with potential and existing customers
- Lead discovery process of gathering stakeholder input and doing final recommendations based on that input
- Scope and cost projects
- Write bid/proposal documents that thoroughly detail deliverables
- Create and enforce project schedules
- Project manage customer projects, coordinating with various design and development teams
- Allocate employee resources and manage priority schedules
- Maintain accurate records and data on customers in our database
- Maintain accurate records and data on project completion in our database
- Gather and submit billing reports to accounting department
- Attend networking events representing the agency
- Up-sell additional programs and services and assist in acquiring new clients
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree in a related field (marketing, design, business, etc...)
- Strong familiarity with how the tools of web design and development are used, ranging from PSD to HTML, PHP, CSS, Flash
- Self starter and independent worker
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to communicate with developers about technical issues
- Ability to translate diverse business requirements/requests into specific implementable features
- 2-4+ years account and project management experience from within an advertising, web, marketing, or consulting agency
- 2-4+ years of technical staff management experince within an advertising, web, marketing or consulting agency
