 | As a Veson Nautical Applications Engineer, you will ensure quality and customer satisfaction for the world’s leading developer of commercial maritime shipping software. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and field personnel during pre-sales, implementation and post-implementation to help meet or exceed customer expectations. You will triage, investigate and dispatch incoming cases, assist customers with configurations and installations, updates or patches, and provide end-user support over the phone and via e-mail. You will support field personnel in setting up demonstration and training environments, support training and implementation efforts, provide back-up account management to field personnel, and work with end-users, IT, and management to ensure successful system adoption and use. |
