Do you think of yourself as the guy who implements things – not the person in the clouds dreaming of flying cars as much as in the dirt trying to build a better bridge that can carry the cars still on wheels. If so and if most of your recent experience is in web development and you enjoy that work space. and you also have a decent amount of practice building services, aka bridges, that do not keel over and die when the load gets a little nasty, we would love to talk to you.
We are a startup (www.rrripple.com) who is dreaming up great ways to do things differently for web motorists and are looking for someone who can insure that disparate personalities can navigate as frictionlessly as possible. We promise you an opportunity to code, code and code from the most thankless work in an extremely complicate GUI to the most interesting frameworks and design patterns. We also expect you to be the go-to person for all API/backend PHP questions and guide junior developers
• Required skills:
o Clear communication skills
o Available online min.8 hours daily via skype
o 5+ years hands-on development
o PHP, SQL, XML
o SVN, Wiki
o BS degree or higher in CS or Software Engineering

o Performance and scalability of PHP
