In short, we're looking for a Web Ninja.
*MUST HAVE*
- Bachelors degree in CS
- a mastery of all aspects of LAMP development (including PHP, MySQL, Javascript/AJAX, XHTML, CSS, and XML)
- experience working in a multi-layered development environment, including test and production systems and source/version control
*MUST BE*
- a self-starter.
- detail-oriented.
- able to manage your time without strict oversight; we're not clock-punchers. You'll be judged on results and your ability to meet deadlines.
- able to interact with clients. There's no one here to "take the specs to the engineers".
- able to pass a background check.
*THINGS THAT WILL SET YOU APART*
- an eye for UI design
- experience working in higher ed
- experience with Shibboleth
- experience with jQuery and memcached
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
